HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 168

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY James Roger Madalena

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE PUEBLO OF SANTO DOMINGO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

three hundred ten thousand dollars ($310,000) to engineer, construct and equip a solid waste transfer station at the pueblo of Santo Domingo in Sandoval county;

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to renovate a damaged warehouse and convert it into office space at the pueblo of Santo Domingo in Sandoval county;

forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) to renovate the veterans' center at the pueblo of Santo Domingo in Sandoval county;

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to renovate the learning center at the pueblo of Santo Domingo in Sandoval county;

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a health center at the pueblo of Santo Domingo in Sandoval county;

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a head start center at the pueblo of Santo Domingo in Sandoval county; and

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) to renovate and expand the community center at the pueblo of Santo Domingo in Sandoval county.
