FOR A CHILDREN'S READING ROOM AND CLASSROOMS AT THE SAN JUAN COLLEGE WEST CENTER IN KIRTLAND IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the governing board of San Juan college

five hundred fifty thousand dollars ($550,000) to plan, design and construct a children's reading room and two additional classrooms at the San Juan college west center in Kirtland in San Juan county.
