FOR INSTALLING A WASTEWATER SYSTEM IN KIRTLAND IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to install a wastewater distribution, collection and treatment system in Kirtland in San Juan county.
