FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE FORMER INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE HOSPITAL IN SHIPROCK IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

three hundred seventy-two thousand four hundred dollars ($372,400) to make capital improvements to the former Indian health service hospital for use by the Shiprock behavioral health center in Shiprock in San Juan county.
