FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE LIBRARY AT SAN JUAN COLLEGE IN

FARMINGTON IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the governing board of San Juan college

five million one hundred eighty-five thousand dollars ($5,185,000) to plan, design, construct and equip an expansion to and make site improvements to the library at San Juan college in Farmington in San Juan county.

Preferred funding source: GO bonds
