FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE COURTHOUSE IN CLAYTON IN UNION COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

sixty-six thousand dollars ($66,000) to renovate the courthouse in Clayton in Union county.
