FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE TRACK AND FIELD FACILITIES IN THE HOUSE MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN QUAY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred thirty-four thousand dollars ($134,000) for improvements to track and field facilities in the House municipal school district in Quay county.
