FOR RENOVATING AND EQUIPPING THE ESPERANZA FAMILY CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase and install computers and renovate the Esperanza family center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
