FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR A NEW ANNEX TO THE PALACE OF THE GOVERNORS IN SANTA FE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of cultural affairs

thirteen million dollars ($13,000,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a new annex to the palace of the governors in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county.
