FOR CONSTRUCTING A COMMUNITY CENTER IN THE TOME-ADELINO AREA IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct a community center in the Tome-Adelino area in Valencia county.
