FOR WATER RIGHTS ACQUISITION FOR HABITAT IMPROVEMENTS IN THE MIMBRES VALLEY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of game and fish

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to acquire water rights for habitat improvements in the Mimbres valley in Grant county.
