FOR THE REGIONAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL FACILITY PROJECT IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan and design the effluent reuse project for Bayard, Santa Clara, Hurley and Fort Bayard state hospital in Grant county.
