FOR PURCHASING A MINI-PUMPER TRUCK FOR THE VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT IN BAYARD IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred ten thousand dollars ($110,000) to purchase a mini-pumper truck for the volunteer fire department in Bayard in Grant county.
