FOR A FORGOTTEN VETERANS' MEMORIAL IN FORT BAYARD IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for site preparation, design and construction of a forgotten veterans' memorial to be located at the Fort Bayard community park in Grant county.
