45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Bengie Regensberg

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE GUADALUPE COUNTY COURTHOUSE IN SANTA ROSA IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to make improvements, including compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, at the Guadalupe county courthouse in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to make technological improvements at the Guadalupe county courthouse.
