FOR PURCHASING MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS FOR THE NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY BAND IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to purchase musical instruments for the New Mexico state university band.
