FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT HERMOSA HEIGHTS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE LAS CRUCES PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred thirty-eight thousand dollars ($138,000) to make capital improvements, including purchasing playground equipment, at Hermosa Heights elementary school in the Las Cruces public school district in Dona Ana county.
