FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN THE HUERFANO CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN BLOOMFIELD IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to purchase a motor grader for road maintenance for the Huerfano chapter of the Navajo Nation in Bloomfield in San Juan county;

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to purchase a dozer-crawler for road maintenance for the Huerfano chapter of the Navajo Nation in Bloomfield in San Juan county;

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to conduct archaeological clearance, environmental assessment, biological survey and right-of-way easement for phase 3 of the Adobe overhead powerline extension project for the Huerfano chapter of the Navajo Nation in Bloomfield in San Juan county; and

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to conduct archaeological clearance, environmental assessment, biological survey and right-of-way easement for the Bisti overhead powerline extension project for the Huerfano chapter of the Navajo Nation in Bloomfield in San Juan county.
