FOR GRAFFITI-PROOF TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS IN THE ATRISCO, FIVE POINTS AND ARMIJO AREAS OF THE SOUTH VALLEY IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for graffiti-proof traffic control signs in the Atrisco, Five Points and Armijo areas of the south valley in Bernalillo county.
