FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE AFRICAN-AMERICAN PAVILION AT THE STATE FAIRGROUNDS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state fair commission

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to make improvements and furnish and equip the African-American pavilion at the state fairgrounds in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
