FOR REPAIRING AND UPGRADING THE DETENTION FACILITY IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to repair and upgrade the detention facility in Rio Arriba county.
