FOR AN ARTS CENTER TRAINING FACILITY FOR THE EIGHT NORTHERN INDIAN PUEBLOS COUNCIL IN THE PUEBLO OF SAN JUAN IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan, design and construct an arts center training facility for the eight northern Indian pueblos council in the pueblo of San Juan in Rio Arriba county.
