FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN HOUSE DISTRICT 41 IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

eighty-five thousand dollars ($85,000) for road improvements to county road 50 in Velarde, county road 70 in Dixon and county road 69 in Ojo Sarco in Rio Arriba county.
