FOR ROOF REPAIRS IN THE ESPANOLA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

        I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

        •  to the state department of public education

seven hundred seventy-one thousand dollars ($771,000) for roof repairs at Abiquiu, Dixon, Espanola and Hernandez elementary schools and Espanola middle school in the Espanola public school district in Rio Arriba county.
