FOR INFRASTRUCTURE AND IMPROVEMENTS AT THE LOVELACE NEW MEXICO SOCCER TOURNAMENT COMPLEX IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for infrastructure and improvements, including lighting, landscaping and bleachers, at the Lovelace New Mexico soccer tournament complex in Sandoval county.
