FOR AN ADDITION TO THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN HOPE IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

sixty-two thousand dollars ($62,000) to prepare the site for, design and construct an addtion to the municipal building, to be used as a holding cell and police station, in Hope in Eddy county.
