REQUESTED BY Joe M. Stell

FOR THE RECOVERY OF ENDANGERED FISH SPECIES ON THE SAN JUAN RIVER IN SAN JUAN COUNTY AND FOR GROUND WATER MONITORING IN THE NAMBE-POJOAQUE-TESUQUE BASIN IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

one million dollars ($1,000,000) for capital improvements on the San Juan river for endangered fish species recovery in San Juan county; and

five hundred one thousand dollars ($501,000) for well-metering equipment and constructing monitoring wells in the Nambe-Pojoaque-Tesuque basin in Santa Fe county.
