FOR IMPROVING EAST SEVENTH STREET IN CLOVIS IN CURRY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to improve east Seventh street, including widening and installing curbs and gutters, between Norris street and Humphrey road in Clovis in Curry county.
