FOR COMPLETING THE SOFTBALL FIELD DRESSING AND LOCKER ROOM FACILITY AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to complete the softball field dressing and locker room facility at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county.
