FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE INSTRUCTIONAL TELEVISION STATION AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN ROOSEVELT AND CHAVES COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for improvements, including constructing a tower and installing microwave equipment, at the instructional television station at eastern New Mexico university in Roosevelt and Chaves counties.
