REQUESTED BY Dona G. Irwin

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE COMMUNITY CENTER IN HILLSBORO IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to purchase and install screens for windows at the community center in Hillsboro in Sierra county; and

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to make improvements, including resurfacing, installation of lighting and construction of a retaining wall, to the tennis courts at the community center in Hillsboro in Sierra county.
