FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN THE DEL CERRO SUBDIVISION OF MESQUITE IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to make road improvements, including chip sealing, in the Del Cerro subdivision of Mesquite in Dona Ana county.
