REQUESTED BY Daniel Foley

FOR CONSTRUCTING AN ADMINISTRATIVE AND CLASSROOM FACILITY FOR THE HEAD START PROGRAM IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to construct an administrative and classroom facility for the head start program in Artesia in Eddy county.
