FOR EXPANDING THE HEALTH CLINIC IN CHAPARRAL IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to expand the health clinic in Chaparral in Dona Ana county.
