FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER IN CHAPARRAL IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) for site improvements at the community center in Chaparral in Dona Ana county.
