FOR CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING THE OPPORTUNITY CENTER IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thirty thousand dollars ($130,000) to construct and equip the opportunity center in Roosevelt county.
