FOR PLANNING, ENGINEERING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING IMPROVEMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE WASTEWATER SYSTEM IN MORIARTY IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, engineer, design and construct improvements and additions to the wastewater system in Moriarty in Torrance county.
