HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 976

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Rhonda S. King

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred forty thousand dollars ($140,000) to purchase and install five ten-thousand-gallon water tanks at the fire district eleven station and other locations along state highway 337 in Bernalillo county; and

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to develop an asphalt walking and jogging trail, off-street parking, erosion control and park improvements at Sunflower park in Bernalillo county.
