FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE NEW MEXICO STATE FAIRGROUNDS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state fair commission

two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) for renovating or replacing horse stalls, including associated site and infrastructure improvements, for ongoing renovations to the various facilities and infrastructure and for correcting code deficiencies throughout the New Mexico state fairgrounds in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
