FOR CONSTRUCTING A RETENTION POND TO PREVENT FLOODING IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($375,000) to construct a retention pond to prevent flooding along the north Edith boulevard area in Bernalillo county.
