FOR DEVELOPING THE NATURAL AREA AT BALLOON FIESTA PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to develop the natural area at balloon fiesta park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
