REQUESTED BY James G. Taylor

FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION AND DESIGN OF ISLETA BOULEVARD IN THE SOUTH VALLEY OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

ten million dollars ($10,000,000) for phase 2 right-of-way acquisition and for designing road and drainage improvements at Isleta boulevard from Arenal road SW to Rio Bravo boulevard in the south valley of Bernalillo county.
