FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT RIO BRAVO PARK IN THE SOUTH VALLEY OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

six hundred fifty thousand dollars ($650,000) to make improvements, including landscaping, at Rio Bravo park in the south valley of Bernalillo county.
