FOR IMPROVING AND EQUIPPING THE SCIENCE LABORATORIES AND CLASSROOMS AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to improve and equip, including the installation of instruction technology, the science laboratories and classrooms at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county.
