FOR DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING SOCCER FIELDS IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred forty-five thousand dollars ($145,000) to design and develop soccer fields in Santa Fe county.
