FOR RENOVATIONS AT NEW MEXICO MILITARY INSTITUTE IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico military institute

one million eight hundred thousand dollars ($1,800,000) to renovate Lea Hall at New Mexico military institute in Roswell in Chaves county; and

one million eight hundred thousand dollars ($1,800,000) to renovate McClure hall at New Mexico military institute in Roswell in Chaves county.
