REQUESTED BY Edward C. Sandoval

FOR TRANSMITTERS, TOWERS AND EQUIPMENT FOR KANW FOR SERVICE THROUGHOUT NEW MEXICO.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state department of public education

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for transmitters and towers, including construction of an FM translator station to serve the community of Anton Chico, for KANW station statewide; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase and install studio equipment for KANW for program origination in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
