FOR OUTDOOR RESTROOM FACILITIES AT VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to plan, design and construct outdoor restroom facilities for the athletic field at Valley high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
