FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE COUNTY HOSPITAL BUILDING IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to remove hazardous materials and improve and renovate the old county hospital building in Socorro county.
