FOR EXTENDING THE
EXPENDITURE PERIOD OF AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE STATE ROAD FUND TO THE TAOS
RELIEF ROUTE IN TAOS COUNTY.
The period of time in which the
appropriation from the state road fund to the state highway and transportation
department made pursuant to Paragraph (3) of Subsection A of Section 38 of
Chapter 118 of Laws 1998 for the Taos relief route study may be expended shall
be extended through fiscal year 2003.
Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal
year 2003 shall revert to the state road fund.
